Terms of Use

1. Eligibility and agreement

Read these terms and the Privacy Policy before using Vemro. By using the service, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Permissions and any legally required consent are handled separately.

You must meet the app’s App Store age rating and local eligibility requirements. You must have permission to use the materials and content you add.

2. What Vemro provides

Vemro provides project capture, measurements, reusable-parts inventory, rule-based layout generation, build notes and media, completion records, account features, and a community interface. Some features depend on an available network and connected service.

3. Workshop safety and planning limits

• Measure physical material yourself and verify every suggested dimension before cutting.
• Inspect reclaimed material for cracks, concealed screws or nails, contamination, weakened joints, and unsuitable finishes.
• Use appropriate protection, secure workpieces, and follow each tool and product manufacturer’s instructions.
• Plans and community content are not engineering certifications or guarantees of safety, strength, fit, or suitability.

Vemro does not control your tools, inspect your workshop, or replace professional training. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

4. Coins and App Store purchases

The first generated plan set for each project is free. Additional sets currently cost 12 coins, as displayed before generation. Coins are deducted only after successful plan generation.

Coin packs are optional consumable purchases through Apple’s in-app purchase system. The App Store displays the applicable localized product, amount, price, and purchase confirmation. Coins have no cash value, are not transferable or redeemable for cash, and purchased coins do not expire.

Apple handles payment processing. Vemro may process transaction information for verification and reconciliation. Consumables are not restored through Apple’s standard Restore Purchases process; contact support for verified but uncredited purchases.

5. Community standards and your content

You retain ownership of your original content and grant the limited permission needed to operate the feature you intentionally use. Do not submit illegal content, threats, harassment, hate or discriminatory abuse, personal information without consent, scams, spam, copyright infringement, or unsafe workshop instructions.

Vemro may use filtering, reports, blocking, moderation, and account restrictions to protect the community. Do not rely on the service for emergency assistance.

6. Account and data deletion

You may request account deletion from My Studio → Delete account and project data or through App Support. Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or transaction-reconciliation purposes.

7. License, availability, and responsibility

The app is licensed, not sold. We aim to provide a useful service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or error-free suggestions. To the extent allowed by law, results are guidance rather than a guarantee.

8. Support and notices

For account, privacy, purchase-delivery, safety, or content issues, contact the developer through App Support on Vemro’s App Store product page. Include the app version and relevant transaction or content reference, but do not send passwords or full payment-card information.
